This Friday's Question: Promote An Author: Is there a particular author you wish got more recognition? Pick one author & tell us why we should read their work.

There are so many authors that I'd like to talk about (Rachel Caine, Chloe Neill, Jeri Smith-Ready, Jackson Pearce, Richelle Mead)! But since the instructions say to pick only one, I have decided on:

Jennifer L. Armentrout

The first book I read by Jennifer was Obsidian, and I fell in love..... I immediately wanted to get my hands on the sequel, Onyx, but it doesn't come out till August 14, 2012. That's when I won a giveaway for her book, Half-Blood, and lo and behold, I fell in love again! Half-Blood reminded me alot of Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy. And I devoured it! But, the sequel, Pure, doesn't come out till April 3, 2012. :'( Luckily, Jennifer released a prequel to the Covenant series, so I'll be reading that very soon. And she also released a prequel to the Lux series! I'm in Heaven, and will also be devouring that prequel ASAP!  <3
