So..... I saw The Fault In Our Stars last night. I repeat. I SAW THE FAULT IN OUR STARS!! You guys, I was SO nervous. I NEEDED this movie to be good because the book was so freakin' magical. I needn't have worried.  The movie starts and immediately the mood is set. But then everything fades away and it was just all about Hazel Grace and Augustus Waters. Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort were magical together. There were so many scenes that were taken from the book verbatim and it was just so.... beautiful. The soundtrack was equally as stunning. The entire movie was utter perfection. (The only scene that I regret didn't make it into the film was this one:) But other than that. Complete and Utter Perfection. And at the end of the movie.... I have recently (and when I say recently I really mean these past few months) read a lot of new books and watched a lot of new movies and I will now tell you what I thought about them. But I'm going to split the blogs into two, one for Movies and one for Books. I rented Black Swan and was so excited to see it, because I have heard some really great reviews!!! But I was super disappointed. This movie was........ Weird and slightly disturbing.
