Why Do I Love YA? (Top Three Reasons)
Beth Revis = Generous. This amazing author has an equally amazing giveaway going on for fifty (Yes, you read that correctly- I said FIFTY) signed YA books! *dies*
Why Do I Love YA? (Top Three Reasons)
1) THE PEOPLE: This genre is filled with the most amazing people! And I really mean that. The authors, bloggers, and fans behind YA are some of the nicest people ever. They are always so generous, loving, and willing to go all out for what they love.
2) THE STORIES: YA books are ahhh-mazing! These aren't stories that can only be enjoyed by teens, they're made for everyone (In fact, when I'm old and wrinkly- I still plan to read YA)! These stories are filled with strong heroines and hunky heroes! Even though the main genre is called YA, it's filled with many sub-genres: there is romance, horror, supernatural, mystery, contemporary, dystopian, comedy, and much more!
3) THE BOYS: I know, I know. You're probably saying: "Is she serious right now?" But you're also probably nodding your head in agreement. (Don't lie!) YA books have some boys that *fans self* are H-O-T! What's that? Do you need a little proof? I thought you'd never ask!
I'd better stop while I'm ahead. :P
